We mainly do this with DHL and sometimes with PostNL.

Shipping is free from €60 in the Netherlands and Belgium. Under €60 you pay €6.95 shipping costs.

Ordered before 23:30 from Monday to Friday = delivered tomorrow! Always follow the track and trace code carefully. This indicates exactly when the package will be delivered.

Yes, we ship with DHL and as soon as the package is received by DHL you will receive a track and trace code. You will receive this via email.

This is possible if the package has not yet been sent. Contact us via the contact form or by email. Clearly state your name + order number. Then we'll make it right.

Customers can always return Buvanha products free of charge within 30 days. Money back is not good! We would like to ask you not to order multiple travel towels to see which one you like best. In addition to unnecessary costs, this also takes up an extra space in the bus of a parcel deliverer. If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to contact us! We will do our very best to assist you. This is how we keep our service high in a sustainable way!

We do our best to process returns in the warehouse as quickly as possible. We aim to refund within 5 days of receipt at the warehouse. Unfortunately, processing often takes a bit longer during busy times. If the money is not in the account after 10 days. Please contact us at info@buvanha.nl.

The regular, large and double travel towel is made from a recycled waffled microfiber (45% recycled polyester, 35% polyester 20% polyamide). The small travel towel is made of a suede microfiber (80% recycled polyester, 20% polyamide).

The towel is meant for the beach. Substrates with many twigs, twigs, etc. are not recommended. This pierces through the thin cloth and is difficult to remove.

Yes and no ;) You can use it on surfaces such as sand or grass. The towel is not suitable for places with many needles, twigs or other sharp objects. These pierce through the thin and compact fiber.

Yes, we recommend washing the towel at 30 degrees before use. Be careful without fabric softener!

The towel needs little washing compared to a normal towel. They are made of an antibacterial material. As a result, the towel does not smell musty and you do not have to wash it as often. If you wash the towel again after the holiday, it is often good.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that a towel is damaged during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. There is a 12-month warranty on the towels. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. If you want to make a claim under the warranty, please contact us at info@buvanha.nl

THE FABRIC! that's the quick answer ;) Buvanha uses a waffled microfiber. The standard microfiber is made of a suede smooth microfiber. These feel rough and uncomfortable. They often stick to the skin because it absorbs too little water.

Because a Buvanha towel absorbs more water and uses a waffle structure. Is the towel comfortable while drying and is it soft to the touch

Wash the first few times at 30 °C in combination with similar colours. After a while you can also wash the towel at max. 60 °C.

Attention! Do not use fabric softener. This causes a lesser effect of the substance.

Do not bleach / Tumble dry or iron only at a low temperature / Do not use fabric softener.

When you want to get the towel perfectly in the storage bag. You must follow the following steps:

1. Fold the length of the towel until you have a long strip of 1/3 of the towel.

2. Then fold the towel until it is the same size as the storage bag.

All our products are made in China. The factory with which Buvanha works has been checked for certificates and for working conditions by an inspection agency.

Our towels are in accordance with the guidelines of the 'Global Recycled Standard'. Companies from more than fifty countries are members of this organization that attach great importance to the social, ecological and chemical impact of their products.

When a discount code does not work, it has often expired. If you have any doubts, you can contact us via the contact page. We will then check why the discount code does not work.

No, at Buvanha it is not possible to use two discount codes at the same time.

Simply select the desired quantity and order it like any other order. You will then receive an email with the digital gift voucher. You can print this out and give it as a gift or you can forward it by email.

The recipient can then enter the gift voucher number on the site at checkout. This will then be deducted from the total amount.

The gift vouchers remain valid for 2 years.

If your order is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will simply remain on that gift card so you can use it another time!

Anything returned that comes with a gift card has been paid, will be refunded to the gift card.

You can return digital gift vouchers. However, this must be done by the person who purchased the gift voucher.

Why use new materials when you can also reuse old materials. By recycling raw materials that already exist, instead of using new raw materials, you do a lot of good. This means fewer new raw materials -> Less waste in our oceans and in landfills. In addition, we also believe that it will lead to a reduction in CO2 emissions in the longer term.

In addition, the quality of recycled material is just as good as new material.

First, plastic bottles, which are at the end of their life cycle (PCR), are collected and thoroughly cleaned. These are then processed into small beads, which are melted down and turned into wire. We use this thread to weave our Buvanha towels.

Please! We would rather switch to 100% recycled material today than tomorrow. Unfortunately, this substance is only available in extremely large quantities. As a result, we have to wait a little longer and hope to be able to make the switch in 2023.
